We finally went to the Blue Fox today! We've been meaning to go forever and just didn't get around to it until now. A good friend of ours was in town for the holidays, and we thought it would be a good place to meet up. It was delicious! Derek ordered Huevos Rancheros, full of all kinds of good things like tomatoes and avocados and beans and tasty, tasty giant hashbrowns.
I orderered Oranges del Sol - perfect, delicious, lovely:
It reminded me of the orange buns I make at Christmas (like cinnamon rolls, but with orange and coconut filling and a sour cream orange glaze). I think I'll definitely be attempting to recreate the magic at home.
