For the past year or so, I've hated my computer (I literally couldn't use it without yelling at it!) so much that I avoided any internet activity that wasn't absolutely necessary. We finally replaced our 6-year old computer, and I've been meaning to get back into posting again now that I don't feel like smashing things. So here goes:
I substitute taught in a kindergarten class last week and had to facilitate a brainstorming session on transportation. I realized that the students would likely need visuals to complete their assignment, so I bravely drew little pictures for each mode of transportation. My animals are a bit sad, but I can draw planes, trains or automobiles for you any day. I was so proud of myself that I took a picture:

I personally am glad that "dog sled" made it on the list! Thing we would never consider when brainstorming "transportation" down here in the Carolinas... hah!
